There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars. This could also make another great children’s fantasy movie, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini TV series. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters, settings, etc. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. A very professionally written children’s (preschool/elementary age) fantasy storybook. Therefore, I am under no obligation to write a positive review, only an honest one.Īn awesome book cover, great hand-drawn colored pictures, charming illustrations & proper font & writing style. There's also an animated audio version of this book on YouTube ( ), but the animated story doesn't have the words/text included, so you may want to read the book first and then use the audio version as a helpful read along.Īgwe (sea turtle) was headed to find some jellyfish & invited Kleisha (mermaid) to come along. It's definitely worth checking out with kiddos that are learning from home. This book, especially if it's still free, would be nice to use as an extension of science lessons on ocean environments and ways to protect the planet. The main message of the book is recycle plastic bags and encourage people to use reusable bags as much as possible. Kaleisha helps him out, but then the two decide to learn about ways to make sure that sort of thing doesn't happen to other animals.

Agwe is feasting on some jellyfish, when he accidently ingests a plastic bag. These two friends have a great story to tell about the importance of keeping the oceans clean, so that sea creatures aren't harmed. This is a cute picture book featuring a mermaid, Kaleisha, and her friend, a green sea turtle named Agwe. I'm not sure how long the book is available at that price, but the other books in the series are available for $2.99 each on Amazon, so still pretty affordable.
