So tell me a little bit about your philosophy when it comes to investing in real estate and why you kind of look at it as a good option for people to be doing as a side gig or as kind of a hobby instead of a full time thing. And and when we asked you what what you would suggest as a title for our conversation, you put down our investing for financial freedom as a side business or a hobby.
